Your Source for Irish Historical and Genealogical Publications and CD's
|
Irish genealogical research is difficult -- many records were destroyed, and others are very hard to locate. Our goal is to bring you as many Irish family history and genealogy records as possible, to help you on your quest to find your Irish roots. Covering all of Ireland, we offer such classic works of Irish genealogy as Irish Memorials of the Dead on CD for $39 and a huge collection of Irish Wills on CD for $29. We also publish a series of 13 e-zines called the Irish Chronicles covering all parts of Ireland and Irish emigrants around the world, in which we print extracts and copies of records and indexes of interest to the Irish genealogist. Subscriptions are just $1 per year [four issues] for each of the series you are interested in. Were your ancestors Scots-Irish immigrants from Ulster? We have Bolton's Scotch Irish Pioneers in Ulster and America on microfiche for $15 or on DOS floppy disk for $19.95. We also publish old county directories for Antrim and Armagh for $15 each on microfiche. Or perhaps your ancestors came from The Pale in Leinster. We have numerous publications for Dublin, including 1838 Dublin Directory on microfiche for $12 and the 1850 Pictoral Directory of Dublin for $15 on microfiche. Searching for Irish ancestors in Connaught? We have a wealth of information, particularly from County Mayo, including a $44 CD that has the complete Griffith's Primary Valuation for County Mayo, along with an index and the Mayo portion of the text of Lewis's Topographical Dictionary of Ireland. Researchers looking for Munster ancestors will also find sources of value in our catalog, including the rare 1850 Historical Memoir of the O'Briens. In fact, we have over 200 genealogical publications and family histories available! Check out Andrew J. Morris's Genealogy Catalog. |
