Fisher Flat seeding area consists of a broad, sloping ridge-top and a steep
gully, encompassing some 600 acres or 240 hectares of land. Vegetation is
predominantly sagebrush, and elevations vary from less than 4300 feet to
almost 4700 feet. There are no springs in close proximity to the area: the
nearest reliable water source would be about five kilometers to the south in
Diamond Valley. The area was surveyed by Toussaint, Parker and Kilmarx on
September 2, 1980. No cultural resources were noted within the survey area.
