User Agreement

By registering with DIGdat users gain access to genealogical information, contact information, resources, indexes and articles. Users agree not to 'harvest' contact information from this site for advertising purposes or sale/rent/trade. Users agree not to copy complete pages, indexes, articles, or databases for publication on other websites, in print, or other media, unless specifically authorized to do so, nor to send such information to others by email or by other means. Specific information pertaining to the user's personal genealogy or genealogical research for others may be used to the extent that doing so does not infringe on the copyright of DIGdat or contributing authors. Users with websites are encouraged to link to the main page of this site: http://www.ajmorris.com/ or the DIGdat section: http://www.ajmorris.com/dig/index.htm but 'deep linking' to other pages is discouraged because those page links may be changed frequently. Users agree that we may send them email notices of updates or changes, but never more than one such email per month. Users agree to allow the use on the DIGdat website of any correspondence or comments (or edited portions there-of) that they send using the Feedback Form or by email, unless they specifically request within that message that it not be reproduced on-line.
