This interesting and exhaustive genealogy traces the descendants of William Bromwell and Beulah Hall who were married in Philadelphia in 1779. He was the son of Jacob Bromwell of Talbot County, Maryland, and she the daughter of David Hall of Chester County, Pennsylvania. There are also major sections devoted to the allied lines of Holmes (of Plymouth County, Massachusetts), Payne (of Kentucky and Indiana), Rice and Leffler (of Rice's Fort, Pennsylvania), as well as descendants of Major Conrad Leffler of Pennsylvania, Rev. Peter Fullenwider, Rev. Jasper Simler and Jonathan Boone, of Kentucky.
