This important and scarce genealogy traces the descendants of Samuel Hart and his wife Elizabeth, who along with nine children came to America about 1735. Family tradition holds that they were from Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland. The one great weakness of this work is the lack of an index, so that researchers interested in searching for possible relations in it will have to go through it carefully, page by page, to identify the many thousands of persons mentioned.
