Description:

This Danish carte de visite is a portrait of a young woman wearing glasses, framed in an oval. The card is white, 7mm thick, with rounded corners. The front has the photographer's imprint "Chr. Neuhaus, St. Kjobmagergade 14." and one thin line around the edge of the card, both in purple ink. The back of the card is covered with a faint gray floral pattern. The photographer's imprint "Chr. Neuhaus, 14. St. Kjobmagergade 14., Kjobenhavn" is again in purple ink. An inscription reads "Betty Seligmann, 1876."
