Description:

This is a standard Cabinet Card that has been trimmed short at the bottom, but without cutting into the image area. The card stock is .7mm thick, glossy yellow in color. There is no photographers imprint, though there may have been one on front in the section that was cut off. Inscribed in pencil on the back: "Sunday Evening, Oct 23 - 1879" and beneath that "Oct./82". Dates must be considered doubtful, not only because there are two conflicting dates, but because Oct 23, 1879 was a Thursday.
